What is Your Bed Availability?
We admit new residents 24 hours a day/7 days a week, but please call Admissions Director for bed availability.

Who Will Oversee My Care?
You have the right to use your own personal physician or, in the event you do not have one, you may elect one from the list of independent practitioners we have compiled. All providers you elect, however, must be credentialed/contracted to practice at the facility and must comply with all facility policies and procedures as well as applicable laws.

What Meals Do You Provide?
All meals are provided in line with physician orders. These include but are not limited to regular and therapeutic diets (diabetic, low cholesterol, low salt, etc.).

Are Resident Rooms Furnished?
Yes, each resident room has a bed, chest of drawers, night stand and a bedside table on wheels.

If I Decide That Meadow View of Harrisonville Health and Rehab is The Right Place For Me, What Do I Do Next?
Call our Admissions Office and speak with the Admissions Director.

Do You Provide Laundry Services?
Yes, our daily rate includes laundry services. Resident can have a family member take care of their personal clothing if they prefer.

What Insurance Does The Nursing Center Accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid and most Managed Care. Please call us to get help in verifying your insurance benefits.

Are Pets Allowed to Visit?
Yes, at the facility’s sole discretion, small pets may be brought into the facility for short visits. Any pets permitted in the building must remain on a leash or in a proper carrier and in their owner’s control at all times.

Can a Family Member Stay Overnight?
Based on the needs and schedules of our residents, overnight guests are not recommended. If a resident’s condition warrants an overnight stay, alternate accommodations may be made through the Administrator.

What Types of Activities Are Offered?
We offer a variety of activities daily for our residents. Each month we post an activities calendar throughout the building that includes community events, trips to local attractions, and activities that will occur at the facility. Our residents play bingo, dominoes, and have movie nights every week.
